The Country-by-Country reports are stipulated by the minimum standard of the BEPS plan, developed by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
CbC reports must include tax information relating to global allocation of income, taxes paid and certain indicators of the location of economic activity among tax jurisdictions in which the group operates.
The report also requires a listing of all the entities for which financial information is reported, including the jurisdiction of incorporation of each of the entities.
