Social projects

The mission of EBS is not only in supporting and developing Ukrainian business, but also in the active participation in society as a whole. Thanks to our customer’s trust, we have the opportunity to contribute to solving the most critical issues of the day.

We approach the question as a whole: not only impacting the environment and society, but also starting from ourselves. First of all, this means creating decent working conditions, ensuring welfare and equality among employees. The company’s activities are integrated with a carbon footprint reduction policy. We adhere to the principles of non-toxic, socially oriented business, using fair operational practices and adhere to values ​​and missions when making managerial decisions.

For EBS, corporate social responsibility is not a duty, but an opportunity to share resources and opportunities to change the world for the better. Under these conditions, we implement such projects:

HEALTH RIGHT INTERNATIONAL AND ICF “Ukrainian Public Health Foundation”

Instead of typical New Year gifts, EBS has transferred funds in favor of a social apartment for women and mothers in difficult life circumstances, and also attracted its customers to this deed. After all, 80% of top-management and personnel are generally women, so we consider it a duty to fight with a level of complaints about discrimination and violations of women.
In the scope of this social apartment for women in severe circumstances project, we are joining such activities:

  1. 1. Complex support (psychological, legal, social) on the basis of a center for helping young girls and young women in severe life circumstances “The right to health” and social apartment (asylum) for pregnant women and young mothers with children in difficult life circumstances;
  2. 2. Conducting theoretical studies of basics of financial and tax literacy;
  3. 3. Mentoring support for women who are in a social apartment and want to establish their own business.

Scholarships for students of the Ukrainian Catholic University

Supporting our talented youth is one of the key tools of influencing the future of the country, that is why EBS is contributing to the training of young specialists. For two years we have been helping the students of the Ukrainian Catholic University on the way to convert their ambitions into reality.

The university has been the best for 4 years in a row in terms of the number of enrollees in Ukraine, as well as teaching students a wide range of specialties: from the IT specialists who push the country forward, to sociologists, historians and linguistics.

National Children’s Specialized Hospital “OHMATDYT”. A step into the future

This project was aimed at collecting funds for updating the process of accounting and software of the National Children’s Specialized Hospital “OHMATDYT” – the largest health care institution for children in Ukraine, which has not been equipped with the necessary modern management instruments.

That is why the institution was not able to monitor the remainder of drugs and their expiration date, reliably and quickly calculate the cost of medical services, understand expenses in detail and have complete information for making managerial decisions.

On request of the “OHMATDYT”, EBS has analyzed the financial functionality and capabilities of automation of the hospital accounting. Also, within the framework of the project, a financial system and the system of personnel accounting and salary calculation have been introduced, the integration of these systems with a medical system will be implemented. As well as employee training. This helped the hospital to work more efficiently and provide quick and quality assistance to their little patients.
