ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCIAL MANAGERLocation: KievIndustry: Finance ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCIAL MANAGER Large European production and sales company is looking for Administration and Financial Manager MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Co-operation with Sales Director and other employees concerning administration and finance issues in order to ensure smooth operating activities of the Company. JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: Higher education (profile: administration, management, economy, accounting) Some supervisory experience in financial and accounting departments Very good knowledge of English language for contacting with HQ Good knowledge of both financial and management accounting; some knowledge of IFRS MAIN DUTIES & PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: issuing selling invoices; organising deliveries to customer (ongoing contacts with external warehouse) as well as organising transport to clients if required; organising purchase orders from HQ; management of receivables preparation of management analysis, statements, reporting to HQ creation of financial plans, cash flow and payments management optimisation of operating costs co-operation with external accounting company If you are interested in working for us please email your CV at: job@ebskiev.com www.ebskiev.com © 2007 |
