ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCIAL MANAGER


Large European production and sales company is looking for Administration and Financial Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Co-operation with Sales Director and other employees concerning administration and finance issues in order to ensure smooth operating activities of the Company.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education (profile: administration, management, economy, accounting)
Some supervisory experience in financial and accounting departments
Very good knowledge of English language for contacting with HQ
Good knowledge of both financial and management accounting; some knowledge of IFRS

MAIN DUTIES & PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
 issuing selling invoices;
 organising deliveries to customer (ongoing contacts with external warehouse) as well as organising transport to clients if required;
 organising purchase orders from HQ;
 management of receivables
 preparation of management analysis, statements, reporting to HQ
 creation of financial plans, cash flow and payments management
 optimisation of operating costs
 co-operation with external accounting company
