Legislative news on 14.05.-18.05.2007By mid-year 2007, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is planning to implement an electronic access to European Union documentation including European Union legislative acts translated into Ukrainian.
As outlined by Mr. Olexander Lavrynovych, Minister of Justice of Ukraine, access to the mentioned above data base would be possible through the Internet only after it put into operation.
In its session dated May 16, 2007, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a Decree #745 “On changes to the list of paid social services”.
The Decree dated May 16, 2007, extends the list of social services that was approved by the previous Decree of the Cabinet of Ministry of Ukraine. The changes were implemented to develop a system of paid social services to satisfy the needs of handicapped individuals.
