Legislation news (12.03.-16.03.2007)In its letter #439 dated January 23rd, 2007 the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship announced a new procedure for the registration of foreigners, refugees, immigrants and persons without citizenship as entrepreneurs.
Effective March 24th, 2007 there are new rules and conditions for activities related to securities trading: broker and dealer, underwriters and securities management activities. The rules were approved by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine on December 12th, 2007.
