Legislative news on 16 – 31.01.2007The Social Insurance Fund announces plans to increase the insurance rates on state social insurance for employee injury for 2007 according to the degrees of professional employment risks as stated in article 91 of the Ukrainian Law related to the “State Budget of Ukraine 2007”.
The State Pension Fund announces changes to the fee rates of the Pension Fund both the “ceiling” – 33.2% and “floor” – 0.5% of the salary not exceeding the minimum wage for the work force, or 0.5% from a portion of the salary not exceeding the minimum wage for the work force and 2% from the portion of the salary exceeding the minimum wage for the work force.
