Ukrainians will be allowed to visit Poland visa free starting in June
Poland is ready to accelerate the ratification of an agreement with Ukraine on small border movement.As a result of Ukrainian-Polish discussions on European integration, the Polish side confirmed their willingness to accelerate internal procedures so as to have the agreement take effect in June.
Both sides welcomed the start of expert consultations on these issues and remarked that as a result of them in the medium-term there are prospects for the European Union to work out new approaches for collaboration with Ukraine in the field of law and order and secure borders, in particular in the context of preparing the final stages of the European football championship in 2012.
