Many companies think that team building training is an obligative component of team spirit building.

During the training participants obtain basic knowledge on team interaction, it reveils formal allocation of team roles. Often such trainings strike their participants. And everything becomes clear - missing positions get obvious, hidden opportunities of the team itself as well as of each participant in particular get unveiled, and it comes out that the majority of participants have much more in common that it seemed before. The biggest difficulty of the following method is to transfer the situative models into reality - after the training, the majority of participants believe that the team is already built, once and forever. Although, in the reality everything looks different and the faced difficulties are not always same easy to overcome as it was on training. Besides, during the training some people cannot see themselves in that team and take an alternative decision. And if before they did not notice it due to definite range of reasons and were able during quite a long period of time contribute to the mutual work, than the training is a signal for them to change their current job or even type of their activity.
