Zagreb hosting negotiations between consular services of Ukraine and Croatia on visa regime simplification
Bilateral negotiations between consular services of Ukraine and Croatia recently took place in Zagreb. This meeting resulted in the fulfillment of an earlier agreement between the Presidents, Viktor Yushchenko of Ukraine and Stjepan Mesic of Croatia, on simplification of the visa regime. The parties also focused on gradual implementation of the new immigration legislation to meet the EU standards. The Ukrainian legislation also called for reaching a bilateral agreement on social security for its citizens.www.ebskiev.com © 2007
