One step closer to WTO
This past week, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved a whole package of bills necessary to enter the WTO including changes to the law on “Export duty rate on seeds on oil extraction plants” (law ¹3604) while established prices on these goods were canceled; law on “Export duty rate on wastes and ferrous metal waste” (law ¹3596) while reducing the export duty on ferrous metal waste from ˆ30 to ˆ10 per ton within 6 years after entry into the WTO; law on “Export duty rate on ferrous ad nonferrous metal and semi-finished products as to their utilization” allowing the export of these goods.www.ebskiev.com © 2007
