The process of two or more companies’ merger is definitely difficult from both organizational and psychological angel for the personnel of these companies because some inner culture was created in each of them before the merger realization. Decision on new management creation should and must be drawn by the owner who concluded a deal on merger. This decision is influenced by his preference of corporative culture, way of managing etc. If he is satisfied with the work of “old” management, there is no sense in appointing a new one. But if working experience of “old” management doesn’t show any good results achieved and the owner sees that this management will not reach the goals for whose sake the merger was conducted, it is necessary to create new management de facto for the company. In most cases management of one of the companies is stronger that’s why on its basis management for a new company is built.
