Mrs. Helen Volska - Managing partner and Director
 Helen Volska is one of the Founding Partners of EBS. Her professionalism, inspiration, high moral principles, and hard work have contributed towards the dynamic growth of the company.
Mrs. Volska is more than 13 in business with 10 years of experience in consulting field. Her working experience includes companies such as Coopers & Lybrand, Ukraine and Ashurst Technology Corporation Ltd.
Her experience in management and financial consulting covers a broad spectrum of economic sectors and industries, including coal, oil & gas, FMCG, retail trade, investment, services, and many other.
Nataly Sarguns - Senior consultant, Senior Partner
 Nataly Sarguns has over 10 years of experience in Ukrainian and international accounting, being an expert in finance management, systems and organizational development.
She began her career as a specialist in Ukrainian and International accounting and finance and then expanded her capabilities as an operating manager for several companies, where she has managed numerous operations development and enterprise diagnostics projects, information system implementations, enterprise transformation and reorganization projects as well as application of internal control systems.
As a Finance Director of a Ukraine's leading investment company she was responsible for start-up of financial and managerial accounting, preparation of consolidated financial statement, planning and controlling of finance operations of the company, budget composition, P&L analysis, optimization and management of financial and accounting departments of the company, cash flow controlling, review and assist with the preparation of business plans and models.
Nataly also participated in pre-IPO reorganization projects of several companies, led financial diagnostic of numerous companies.
At EBS, Nataly is engaged in the development of the pre-IPO activities and IT consulting.
Victor Koszarny, Manager, Business Development
 Victor Koszarny has combined 36 years of manufacturing, sales and marketing management experience, 4 years in Ukraine. Most of the professional experience was in Canada and included corporate planning, project management, manufacturing management, product management and sales and marketing management.
During his time in Ukraine, he has been the project manager of a fundraising project for Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in which 75% of the funds target was raised His major focus has been on business development activities for EBS with clients such as UMC, MaltEurop, AGCO, AVIS, Sun Interbrew, Yazaki etc.
Victor Koszarny is a fluent English and Ukrainian-speaking Engineer and MBA (Canadian) who is also involved in community being a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Toastmasters Club (Past President) and Deputy Chairman of the Business Management Education and Training Committee. He is also an active member of the European Business Association.
Olena Levshun - Practice Leader, Financial Management and Accounting Outsourcing, Partner
 Olena Levshun was recently promoted to the position of Practice Leader, Financial Management and Accounting Outsourcing and appointed a Partner at EBS. Olena has a Master's Degree in Financial Management and is an Associate of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ÀÑÑÀ).
Ms. Levshun has over 5 years of professional experience in Accounting, Tax and Managerial Accounting. She has successfully delivered projects related to the preparation of consolidated IFRS financial statements, statutory/ payroll reports, improvements in the effectiveness of accounting departments and restatement of Ukrainian accounts according to US GAAP and IFRS standards.
She is a fully committed to what she is doing and dedicates herself to satisfying the professional needs of our clients.
Anatoliy Gasyuk - Head of the Legal Practice and Law Attorney, Partner
 Anatoliy Gasyuk, Head of the Legal Practice and Law Attorney, was recently appointed a Partner at EBS.
He has 10 years of practical experience in jurisprudence specializing in civil, economic, tax, financial and labour legislation and as an interim manager for numerous companies and representative offices in Ukraine, such as Zenner, Spoerle, Profilstahl, IMS.
Mr. Gasyuk has a Master's degree in economic law and a Certificate confirming his right to act as an advocacy in Ukraine; in the mean time he is student of financial management faculty. He is also an actual member of Ukrainian Bar Association. In 2004 he finished the special course course for raising qualifications in the Training center on learning and retraining of professional accountants and auditors of the Lomonosov's State University of Moscow in the field of taxation issues in Russian Federation.
Anatoliy Gasyuk took part in various projects concerning/dealing with optimization of company taxation, creation and implementation of legal structure, registration and liquidation of companies; he is well experienced in solving problems with the tax and controlling bodies.
Olga Kaliuk, Practice Leader, Management Consulting, Partner
 Olga Kaliuk, Practice Leader, Management Consulting was appointed a Partner at EBS. She has a Master's Degree in Accounting and Audit as well as Business Administration. Ms. Kaliuk began her career as a credit and resource specialist in banks.
As a consultant, Olga has 6 years of practical work experience in performing analysis of enterprises as to internal and systems controls, designing and developing organizational structures and working with client management to implement organizational changes. Moreover, Ms. Kaliuk has an extensive experience on large scale restructurization projects involving strategy development, corporate reorganization, organizational structure improvements, business processes assessment and optimization, internal control system improvements and risk assessments. Olga Kaliuk's experience covers major industries and sectors of the economy including Energy, Agribusiness, Beverages, Retail, Real Estate and Professional services. She successfully led or participated in projects for companies such as AES-Kyivoblenergo, TG Atlant, Slavuta Malt House and Troyanda.
Olga Kaliuk is a dedicated, persistent and results-oriented individual.
