- Consulting... it means trainings?
Trainings are consulting services and we propose them within our project works because due to them and/or seminars it is easier and faster to teach the personnel of our clients to work with the systems we implement.
That can be financial flow management systems, as well as internal control systems and communication systems that has changed. Changes should be communicated to the personnel, so it was easier for them to work and settle their working questions and for management – there was no need to distract on additional explanations and instructions.
But consulting that EBS Company proposes – it is first of all, services, real steps for better changes in the company, steps to solve the problems that company faces. Trainings, in their part – it is an opportunity to reveal the problem or settle it earlier, opportunity to learn to deal with something that is already implemented, and in any case – it is a part of the project that settles certain problems and of course not a panacea from global problems.
- Please provide the price list of your services. You should have some works with a certain cost?
Paid is every hour of our time we spend on project work. We define how much time requires task settlement within the project. At the same time, while working with different companies at settlement of the same problems, time spent on the projects can differ. It depends on different factors: number of personnel, specification of the company, people and, first of all, - understanding of the management.
We create original product, each of them has its own price. We define the price on the stage of commercial proposal preparation when we have enough information about the scope of work.
At the same time, pricing is quite transparent and we show, explain and discuss with the clients all the works, their cost and price foundation.
That is why, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the price list, but during the conversation after getting the project framework we can define the cost of our services and advice several approaches of its solution, each of them with its definite price. So you could choose the optimal scenario.
- And what are the results of your works? Reports in books we already received…
EBS company adheres to the second The task set is to hold a detailed diagnostics of company activity, resulted in a «diagnosis» and recommendations how to improve the company activity. At the same time, the client undertakes the responsibility to realize the recommended steps. And we have our right to be objective and represent the interests of our clients only.

Received a detailed report, sometimes – in books.
Reason – initially it was the task setting that did not foresee the consultant’s activity on realization of proposed recommendation.

- How to calculate in money equivalent, approximately, the result of your works now?
Unfortunately, such result can be only supposed. It will depend on consultant, on client, on current situation in client’s company, on initial factors, on depth and cardinality of the provided changes, on investments into consulting and on many other factors.

In money equivalent the result is defined by the amount – in our praxis it varied from consulting project cost till 40-60% - of company expenses decline in a short period of time, accordingly – profits and turnover raised.
Unfortunately, such result can be only supposed. It will depend on consultant, on client, on current situation in client’s company, on initial factors, on depth and cardinality of the provided changes, on investments into consulting and on many other factors.

- Why we cannot hire a specialist who provides the same works but for a lesser amount and will always be in the office?
You can hire such a specialist. We propose you to reply to the following questions and if you reply positive – it is the best decision for you and you better hire such a specialist.
1. The project you need – is a constant and continuous process?
2. Are you sure that can provide a 100% employment to such specialist?
3. Do you have a guarantee that this specialist will not become an interested party and will not try to be involved in the processes that can paralyze company growth and implementation of the innovation?
4. Are you sure that the following specialist corresponds to your qualification requirements?
5. Will it be convenient for you to have no guarantees on goal achievement that you set?
6. Is it convenient for you that the project lasts 2 times longer, sometimes even 3-5 times longer?
7. Are you sure that when time share on the project increases, you will spare some money? Market is developing continuously, competition becomes stronger, new players appear, technologies are improving from day to day…
- Providing the reorganization, will you fire everyone if they used to work in old manner?
First of all, we propose to learn some new things. It only seems that people do not know and want and do not want to change anything. The truth is – that they are a bit afraid, sometimes – even more that a bit. We do not abolish weak points, we strengthen them and it means that we take the best from the each person and try to develop it in him.

- What is optimization of the business processes? What program you propose?
Each company – is business, each business – is an activity, each activity – is communication, circulation of documents, etc. In one word – processes. All processes have their order. The more abstemious the structure is, the better assigned the responsibilities, the lesser units has the chain – the faster the company manufactures, settles tasks, the more satisfied is the client, the better the company reacts on market demands, the more operative is its work, the more competitive advantages it has.
Often, especially in companies that developed very fast and had no time for timely reorganization and allocation of the responsibilities, appears the doubling of the functions, and with company growth – the number of units that participate in the process increases. The management, as a result, loses control and it becomes difficult to reveal on what stage the company had a failure, why the deal went wrong, why the clients are unsatisfied and why they start looking for another companies.
One of the signes can be necessity in a continuous personnel hiring. There is an administrative growth and increase of expenses on personnel retention.
In such cases the optimization of business processes is necessary: to analyze the company system, develope the net of connections, define the weak points and doubled processes, model the new process system, the base for the organizational structure, and provide the re-assignment of the responsibilities.
